This local sourcing guarantees a rigorous selection of perfectly ripe fruit, essential for purees with an authentic taste, natural colour and homogenous texture: Agen prunes, apricot, peach, plum, apple, pear, kiwi, mirabelle plum, raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant, blueberry, blackberry...
Our industrial cold extraction process preserves the flavour and nutritional qualities of the fruit, without adding additives or preservatives.
Purée is available in organic, babyfood or conventional versions, in different Brix levels (24°B, 32°B, 43°B) and packaged in 20kg Bag in Boxes or 220kg aseptic drums. Pasteurisation of the aseptic drums guarantees a shelf-life of 12 months.
