La Compagnie des Pruneaux selects two references dried figs : Lerida and Granillo rehydrated at 35% of moisture, which allows to have an extra soft fruit.
Available in natural apricots or with sulfites, the 35% level of moisture strengthens the softness of the fruit. The raw material comes from a very selectiveness sourcing done by La Compagnie des Pruneaux.
